C&rsquo;\u00e9tait une exp\u00e9rience extraordinaire que jamais je n&rsquo;aurais pens\u00e9 vivre avant. En effet, avant de venir faire mon stage \u00e0 Panama Dive Center j&rsquo;ai toujours admir\u00e9 les personnes qui faisaient de la plong\u00e9e et qui ainsi avait l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de nager au milieu de la faune marine. Et puis un jour je suis tomb\u00e9e sur une annonce pour faire un stage \u00e0 Panama Dive Center et je me suis dit, apr\u00e8s tout, pourquoi pas moi? Alors j&rsquo;ai postul\u00e9 et \u00e0 ma plus grande surprise j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 prise!<\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, j&rsquo;ai eu quelques angoisses avant de commencer mon cours. Tout d&rsquo;abord, mes grand-parents \u00e9tant des descendants de familles de p\u00eacheurs dans le Nord de la France, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que l&rsquo;oc\u00e9an peut \u00eatre dangereux et qu&rsquo;il faut toujours se m\u00e9fier. En plus, \u00e9tant plus jeune, j&rsquo;ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 angoiss\u00e9 par l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de me retrouver au milieu d&rsquo;un espace aussi vaste que l&rsquo;oc\u00e9an. Et enfin j&rsquo;ai le mal de mer&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pour le mal de mer, le probl\u00e8me a vite \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de la dramamine. Et pour le reste, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas y penser et une fois sous l&rsquo;eau, toutes ces angoissent ont disparu! Et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait une super exp\u00e9rience. Bien entendu, j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb commencer par faire des exercices sous l&rsquo;eau, comme retirer mon masque et le remmettre ce qui n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas le plus facile mais la sensation de pouvoir respirer et rester au fond de l&rsquo;eau au milieu de toute la faune marine \u00e9tait exceptionnelle!
